The third floor of the hotel offers comfortable two-bed rooms. Some of the rooms are accessible from the gallery – a typical feature of older houses in this area of Prague. Hotel rooms on third floor have also attic windows.

The fifth floor of Hotel Amadeus with lift offers elegant accommodation in spacious apartments with kitchenette or with two bedrooms. This building has double rooms with kitchenette too.
Some of the apartments have also balconies.
